At Squishoz, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
